It’s a fun way to get together with friends, be creative and drink wine! 🙂 Then the added bonus is having a handmade card to share with someone special.
It’s a GREAT reason to plan a get-together with friends 🙂
Love — love of creating something wonderful that I can share with every person I send a card too or that I design for club and card classes. Love — love of getting together with friends and having a great time visiting and creating wonderful cards and other projects. Love — love of sharing my stamping/creating with my daughter and granddaughters — whom I hope will follow in my crafty/creative footsteps .
You said it–SU is more than just products, it’s all about relationships. So many friendships have been formed through this little thing called “stamping”!
Lauren, initially I tried this “stampin’ up thing” because my daughter created such beautiful cards, and I wanted to learn and my first stamps were a set to make my own Christmas cards that year. Mandy knew me so well that I would become addicted to the creative side of it all. I used to make all my cards on the computer with Hallmark and American Greetings programs, but Stampin’ Up is so much more creative.
I see a stampin’ addicts support group in our future 🙂
And if I sell some cards, that just feeds the addiction!
I love stamping because it helps clear my mind! There’s also nothing better than being able to send a hand-made card in the mail : )
I couldn’t agree with you more, Shayna!
And I can’t wait to see what you create for your wedding invites 🙂
I stamp because it’s fun just to play with stamps, ink, and paper and ‘just be a kid’ for a little while and be creative. As grown-ups with jobs, bills, families, etc., it is too easy to get swallowed up by the every day minutia and forget how to just relax, have fun, and create.
Amen, Loni 🙂
I love stamping because it is so relaxing and it makes you feel so good that you are creating such beautiful things. I love being able to send handmade cards to my family and friends. It means so much more to me to get something that someone took the time to create just for me. I love the stamping classes because you meet such nice people that like doing the same things that you enjoy. Hooray for stamping.
So glad you are a part of my Stampin’ Family, Dorothy!
I love to get cards in the mail so I figure others do too and there’s nothing better than a handmade one. Plus it’s one more outlet for me to b crafty and creative!
Crafting and Creating definitely keeps me happy 🙂
Stamping is relaxing and I can be creative!
Agreed 🙂
Since my organized, Type A personality is usually in control, I love to stamp because it is then that I can let my creative side run wild!
LOL- I love this Elizabeth! You are too funny!
I love the creativity of making all the different kinds of projects. It is amazing at all the different things you can make out of one stamp set. Also it gets me out of the house to be with great friends and out of cooking.
YES! The possibilities of a stamp set are endless–thanks in part to Pinterest 🙂
