About a month ago, I received an invitation to join a WOW swap for those attending the San Diego Incentive trip. Of course I jumped at the opportunity!
Here’s what I came up with….
I am LOVING this Starburst/Sunburst technique! It may look complicated, but it’s a snap to assemble! Here’s a great video tutorial with a few tips and tricks for creating your own–thanks Dawn!
This card was also one of our Stamp Club projects for this month–it was a hit!
Stamps: Greetings of the Season (carryover)
Ink: Pool Party
Paper: Whisper White, Pool Party, Winter Frost Designer Series Paper Stack
Etc: Silver 1/8″ Ribbon, Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive
And here’s my 2nd Swap Card…
It’s all about the embossed layers! Lots of stamping, embossing, die-cutting, and assembling, but it was totally worth it, don’t you think! 🙂
Stamps: Festive Flurry, Special Seasons
Ink: Midnight Muse, Versamark
Paper: Night of Navy, Brushed Silver, Very Vanilla
Embossing Powders: Gold, Silver, Clear (tip: stamp image in Midnight Muse Ink, then pour clear embossing powder over the stamped image)
Etc: Heat Tool, Big Shot, Festive Flurry Framelits (Bundle and Save 15%!), Dimensionals, Rhinestone Jewels
Now that you’ve seen my two swaps, swing by tomorrow to sneak a peak at the 36 swaps I received in return!
Have a Fabulous Day and Happy Stamping!
