Inspire Create Share 2014

Where to begin!?!?!? Let me begin by saying Convention was AMAZING! This was my second time attending convention and it was exactly what I needed. The energy surrounds you and the enthusiasm of 4000 demonstrators is contagious! Here are just a few pictures and highlights from the past 3 days.

Convention Flags lined the light posts outside of the convention center.

Marsha and Cheryl, (downlines in my Crafty Crew) were my partners in crime, LOL!

watch and learn

They had a space called “Product Playground” where you could see product demonstrations, view samples, and learn tips and tricks from the experts.

Hello Blendabilities!!!!

coloring on photos

Did you know you can use our Blendabilities markers to color on photographs?

products

Lots of great product displays to highlight our kits, tools, and color families.  Isn’t it funny how products always look different in person than they do in the catalog 🙂

Countless Samples on the display boards! Inspiration  everywhere!

convention store

One of the highlights was the Convention Store. Demonstrators were able to purchase NEW products from the Upcoming Holiday Catalog. I can’t show you those just yet, but I promise, it’s worth the wait!!! This is by far the BEST holiday catalog we’ve ever had!!!!!

Convention featured two Workshop Make & Takes. Here’s one we created with our FREE stamp set “Kinda Eclectic”.

One of my favorite parts of Convention is reconnecting with friends and meeting new ones. While I haven’t seen these ladies in 3+ years, we picked up right where we left off 🙂

Two Cups are Better than One

coffee closeupPreview

My name is Lauren, and I’m addicted to Coffee….and Stamps……and Designer Series Paper……so I had a lot of fun with this card 🙂

We kicked off a new round of Stamp Club last week. This month’s technique was  paper piecing! It’s a fun and easy technique to incorporate with an outlined-image stamp. Just stamp your image twice; once on white card stock, and then again on your designer series paper. Then cut the section from the dsp and it will match perfectly (just like my coffee cup jackets)
